Terms of Service

1. Service Description

3RA Intelligence provides competitive intelligence services including website monitoring, AI-generated battlecards, and threat assessments. Our platform crawls publicly available competitor information and delivers insights through Slack, email, and our web interface.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use 3RA Intelligence only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to gather information for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access non-public competitor information
• Resell or redistribute data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Use the service to harass or harm competitors

3. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect only publicly available information from competitor websites. We do not access password-protected areas, private databases, or confidential materials. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

4. Subscription & Billing

3RA Intelligence is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is per competitor tracked, with unlimited seats included. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if the service does not meet your needs.

5. Fair Use Policy

While we offer “unlimited seats,” this is intended for reasonable business use within your organization. Each plan includes recipient limits for report distribution:

• Entry plan: Up to 25 report recipients per delivery
• Core plan: Up to 100 report recipients per delivery
• Pro plan: Unlimited report recipients

We reserve the right to review accounts with unusually high recipient counts to prevent abuse (e.g., mass redistribution, list selling). If your needs exceed your plan limits, please contact us to discuss an upgrade or custom arrangement.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance. Real-time status is available at our Status page.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data and configurations. 3RA Intelligence retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and generated insights format. Competitor data remains the property of the original source.

8. Limitation of Liability

3RA Intelligence provides competitive intelligence to assist your business decisions but does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our data. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access will end and data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
